I worked as head of the general education department at the Ministry of Education from 2000 until 2016

Member of the Committee of Educational Scientific Research at the Directorate of Higher Education - Nablus since 1990-1994

Part time lecturer for teaching English at the Ibn Sina Institute for Nursing and Midwifery from 1991-1994

Lecturer and planner and developed a curriculum for English language courses in hospitals in the West Bank since 1990-1993

Member of the Committee of election  of the Palestinian Legislative Council since 1995

Member of the World Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (LATEFL 1993)
