Qaryuti was born in 1961. He holds a master degree in business administration (human resource management) from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1989. He worked as head of the Commercial Professions Department at the Arab College, Amman, 1990-1994.

Arbitration for work at An-Najah University in 1994 and currently heads the Department of Business Administration for the twelfth session. He participated in many training programs in the field of higher education, and he is also a member of many community institutions as well. Qaryuti also Participated in and contributed to the design of many courses and portals based on the university quality policy.
