Ahmed Yasin is a Palestinian artist and art educator, born in Nablus in 1995. He graduated from An- Najah National University in 2016 with a BA honour in painting. He won Ismail Shammout fine arts award 5th edition in 2019. Yasin was awarded the first prize in the Let it Light award organized by the Italian municipality of Turin and The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem in 2019. This award gave him the opportunity to exhibit his artworks in Paratissima 15th Art Fair, Turin, Italy. He works with a variety of media including sculpture, installation, and painting. His works reveal the relationship between human being and his land, and focus on the embodiment of his deep pain that worries modern life.
