Biography

Tamer started working at An-Najah University in 2014. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Al-Manar University, with a primary interest in legal research. He hopes to narrow the gap that exists in the current legal scholarship with respect to topics of arbitration and the civil and commercial procedure law. Tamer is working on a comparative study that explores arbitration laws in France, Egypt and Palestine.  Also, after observing an inappropriate use of a number of legal codes, Tamer started to conduct a research analysis that would explain said codes in the appropriate way and ensure that, in the future, people will change the way they practice law to help achieve greater justice.

Tamer would like to be successful in every aspect of his life. When is not researching or teaching, he loves practicing his English skills and is an active contributor on a number of social media outlets.
