In general, her research focuses on the safety and quality improvement domains at health sector and hospitals. Specifically, balanced scorecard implementations, doctors’ and nurses’ engagement, patient engagement, healthcare performance evaluations, healthcare services research, healthcare management, healthcare quality assessment, health policy, system strengthening, pharmaceutical continuous education, patient safety, patient education, nurses’ burnout, and childbirth fear.

Also, she has a good experience in using various methodologies such as systematic reviews, quali-quantitative methods, the Delphi method, thematic analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), scale development, psychometric validation, content analysis, content validity, corrected total item correlation, inter-item correlation, quantitative methods, multiple linear regression, logistic regression, variance analysis, bibliometric analysis, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, path analysis, ANOVA, MANOVA, ANCOVA, and MANCOVA. Additionally, she has experience conducting statistical analysis using various programs such as IBM SPSS, IBM Amos, End Note, VOSviewer, Mendeley, MAXQDA.

She worked with national and international pharmaceutical companies on medications related to a variety of medical fields, which improved my knowledge regarding the diseases and their medications, including: cancer, mental health, allergic rhinitis, osteoporosis, oral health, eczema and atopic dermatitis, bacterial infections, women's health, men's health, children's health, sexual and reproductive health, and cardiovascular health.

1- Honorable Guest and best presentation award at the First National Health Research Conference/ Palestine. Also, the third best presentation award at 25th Spring Wind Conference 2022/ Hungary.

2- The Stipendium Hungaricum PhD Scholarship (Sep 2018 – Aug 2022). Also, the Dissertation Scholarship (Sep 2022- April 2023).

3- She signed a contract with the Thematic Excellence Program 2021 at the University of Pécs. Health Sub-programme of the Ministry for Innovation and Technology in Hungary, and delivered it successfully (July 2022- Aug 2022).
