Haneen was born in Nablus in 1991, her early childhood was interested in reading and culture, and was distinct in the city of Jericho. Where she represented Jericho in many competitions relating to reading and writing and public speaking, and was nominated for the "Arab  Public Speaking Competition"  in Cairo -2006.

Haneen completed her high school studies at the scientific branch and then She studied in the Faculty of Law at An-Najah National University. During her undergraduate years she joined several courses and workshops in the fields of human rights and anti-corruption. She worked in the Legal Clinic of the NNU . And after she graduated she went to Zayed University- Abu Dhabi, where she received training in scientific research and judicial writing.
Haneen studied public law NNU and wrote her thesis titled "Legislative Oversight of the Government's Work - A Comparative Study" she graduated in 2016 with honor degree.
 She began teaching at the law faculity directly. In the same year she received a two PhD scholarships in public law at " Dubai Police Academy" and "Tunisian university". She has chosen to join the Dubai Police Academy "Administrative and Constitutional Law" because it is a specialized university in law and police sciences, and completed her studies in the first year and she achieved honor degree - 2017. And currently she is in advanced stage in writing the doctoral thesis, beside to work as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at NNU.
 She is working as a lawyer beside to her studies and obtained the highest mark among her peers in the lawyer practice exam in 2014. She has recently been interested in research writing, She has published research papers, including: Protection of the Federal Penal Code of Constitutional Rights, Parliamentary Instruments, Customs Crimes.

Haneen depends in her teaching the legal texts and linking them to practical reality through judicial decisions and try to reach the jurisprudence in the case of the lack of legal text, And she hopes that all students can exploit their energies by instigating the community and cultural work that is help in develop our homeland.
