Jehad Al-Shanty is an instructor in the Department of Medical Imaging and medical physics. at An-Najah National University. She hold a BSc from An-Najah University in electronics physics and then completed her studies in the field of physics applications in the medical and health sciences. She specialized in optical sensors for biological variables and MRI quality programs. She studied at the University of Nottingham in UK. Jehad has other interests, especially in the field of education, She studied a high diploma in preparing teachers at Al-Quds Open University to apply what she learned during her part-time work in the secondary schools in Nablus such as Al-fatimiya and Kamal Jumblatt school. She also had experience in electronics training both as a teaching assistant in the physics department at An-Najah University and in her work as a trainer for IT teachers in Qalqiliya under the supervision of the Ministry of Education
