Ola Mardawi joined An-Najah National University as a Research and Teaching Assistant, contributing to academic research and undergraduate instruction. She later rejoined the university as a Lecturer in the Computer and Electrical Engineering Department.

Her academic interests focus on AI Security and Safet, cybersecurity, secure systems, and applied computing, emphasizing the integration of theoretical foundations with practical applications.
