Obaida Assida is a lecturer in Geography at An Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine.
He completed his bachelor degree in Geography at An-Najah National University in 2013, and got his master degree in economic geography at Ondokuz Mayis University in Turkey in 2016. While there, his thesis research focused on the economic and social impacts of forced migration, conducted through a study of Syrian and Iraqi forced migrants in Samsun. Since August 2016, he is a lecturer at the department of geography at An-Najah National University. His areas of teaching currently include Economic Geography, the Geography of Palestine, the Geography of Water Resources, and Graduation Project.
