• 1985:   Bachelor of jurisprudence and legislation / An-Najah National University/ Very good with an average of 82%.
• 1990: Master of jurisprudence and legislation/ An-Najah National University/ Very good with an average of 81.2 %.
  (The master's thesis topic: Certification in jurisprudence in Islamic jurisprudence).
• 1997: Ph.D. in Comparative Jurisprudence, University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences.
  (Ph.D. Dissertation: The Contract of Security and the Rules of the Secured in Islamic Jurisprudence (Private International Law in Islamic Jurisprudence).

 

• Professional Experience:

• 1985-2001: Teacher at the Ministry of education.
• 1997-2010: Part-time lecturer at Al-Quds Open University/Nablus Educational Area and Tulkarm Educational Area.
• 2004-2007: Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and Legislation from the academic year.
• 2001 until now: Full-time lecturer at An-Najah National University/Faculty of Sharia.

• A published research in An-Najah University Journal for Research 2008 on "Challenges of Preparing the Quranic Generation Related to the Teacher and Treatment Methods."
• A published research in An-Najah University Journal for Research 2014 on "Arbitration between Spouses in Islamic Jurisprudence."
• Participated in a published research with Professor Sa'id Abu Hajla on "Tax Payment to Municipalities and Evasion in Islamic Jurisprudence/Municipality of Salfit as a Model/2021."
• Participation in a research titled "Counting the Bowing as a Ruku' in Islamic Jurisprudence" with Dr. Ali Aloush from Al-Quds Open University, presented to Al-Quds Open University for arbitration in 2014.

Preparing final exams for the Faculty of Sharia, for both undergraduate and master's levels, numerous times at Al-Quds Open University across various provinces.

 

• Supervision of Master's Thesis:

Supervising on several master's thesis at the Faculty of Sharia at An-Najah National University and also participating in the defense of many master's thesis at An-Najah National University and other institutions.

    • Member of the committee responsible for preparing the Islamic Culture book at the Faculty of Sharia.
