Born in Nablus in 1953, I finished elementary, middle school and high school studies.

- obtained the bachelor's degree in geography from Beirut Arab University in 1976.
- received the master's degree in geography from An-Najah National University in 1998. The title of her master's thesis was       "Nablus City: A Study in Population Structure and Housing Characteristics".
- worked as an academic supervisor part-time at Al-Quds Open University since the first semester of the academic year 2000/2001 until the first semester 2011/2012.
- worked as the Director of the Registration Department at the Najah National Community College and as Assistant to the Dean of the College from 13/9/1999 until the beginning of the academic year 2007/2008.
-Obtained a doctorate degree - first honor - in the geography of the population of Ain Shams University on 12/2/2003. The title  of his doctoral thesis was "Tulkarem Governorate - A Study in Population Geography".
- worked as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Geography at An-Najah National University in 2008.
-I have been promoted to the rank of Associate Professor from the beginning of 18/1/2015.
-I was appointed as Director of the Office of the President of the University as of 16/8/2015, with partial teaching in the Department of Geography and still.
