This course provides a foundation in lab management and quality control to provide the students with the “12 Quality System Essentials” and skills to organize and manage medical, clinical, diagnostic and environmental laboratories.
Lab management and quality control course aim to provide students with the 12 Quality System Essentials” and skills to organize and manage medical, clinical, diagnostic and environmental laboratories. Managing people, resources, systems, and processes correctly in order to assure the accuracy and reliability of testing and to meet the changing environment considering the needs of the public and cost-effectiveness.

Take over an attitude that assuring accuracy and reliability through the path of workflow and depends on good management of all of the quality essentials like; organization, personnel, equipment, purchasing and inventory, information management, documents and records, occurrence management, assessment, process improvement, customer service, and facilities and safety.
