course is designed to provide the students with theoretical understanding and practical application of the basic molecular biochemistry techniques. The techniques are designed to to cover the routine flow of experiments beginning with proper using of the instruments and machines, extracting DNA from real samples, quality control of the applied steps, application of PCR, restriction enzymes, and DNA cloning techniques and how to use it in medical diagnosis, biomedical research, and forensics. The students will also participate in team work, group discussions and assignments.
