This course covers the essentials in knowledge of anatomy, physiology and neurophysiology of the hearing mechanism.
At the end of this couse students must have knowledge about the anatomy and physiology of all body parts that play a role in hearing.
A- Knowledge and understanding
1. The definition of hearing and hearing mechanism
2. Know the anatomy of the organs and systems of hearing
3. Know the physiology of hearing structures
4. Know the anatomy and physiology of the ear and the relation to hearing
5. Explain the Blood and nervous supply of hearing structures
B- Intellectual skills
1. Interpret basic anatomical and physiological of hearing mechanism.
2. Asses the appropriate test to do in correlation to specific sign and symptoms of hearing
3. Correlate the specific analytic disturbances to specific diseases of hearing.

C3-. Specific skills in interpretation of images of muscles, cartilages and nerves
