    • October 2016: PhD degree from Université Pierre et Marie CURIE, Paris, France. Ecole doctorale 394: Physiologie, physiopathologie et thérapeutique.  PhD Thesis title: « Dolichol linked Oligosaccharide Diphosphatase: A potential regulator of dolichol cycle »
    • 2013: Master de science et technologie equivalent (M2) from Université Pierre et Marie CURIE, Paris, France. Program: Biologie Intégrative et Physiologie.
    • 2009: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Al-Quds University Faculty of Medicine, Jerusalem.
    • 2002: General secondary education examinations “scientific stream” “Tawjehi”, Palestine.

    AWARDS

    • 2012-2016: An Najah National University in Palestine/French consulate in Jerusalem joint scholarship covering my Master and PhD studies
    • 2002-2009:  Awarded the Palestinian President Scholarship" for being ranked fifth in Palestinian West Bank general secondary education examinations (Percentage Average 98.6, scientific stream). This award covered my expenses during my study for MD degree

    Cell culture (yeast and mammalian cell lines), metabolic radiolabeling, RNAi transfection, subcellular fractionation, preparation of microsomes and radioactive lipid substrates, enzyme characterization and assays, TLC, HPLC and chemical analyses of reaction products (mainly carbohydrates), Western blot and oligosaccharide characterization.
