Dr. Mahmmoud Shamali was born in Hebron in the year 1960, married with 11 boys and girls, holds a PHD in curriculum and instruction- science from Sudan in the year 2006. he is a staff member at the faculty of education and teachers' training in both bachelor and master levels. He supervised several master theses and examined several others locally and nationally. He published several articles in his field, active member in different committees inside and outside the university. activist in human rights issues.
