In the title compound, C15H10Cl2O, the dihedral angle between the aromatic
rings is 5.59 (15) and the C—C C—C torsion angle is 177.5 (3). In the crystal,
molecules are linked via pairs of C—H  O hydrogen bonds, forming inversion
dimers with R2
2(10) ring motifs
