In order to get a clear picture of the issue, 5 experienced faculty members using Moodle in their courses were selected as a sample for the study which used interview as the data collection tool. The researcher composed 5 questions informed by related literature and colleagues’ advice to get proper responses from participants in order achieve the study objectives. After analyzing participants’ responses, the study found that using blended learning is beneficial and assisted teachers in their performance. Participants’ practices were different using this approach, compared to face to face teaching. It also showed that it was worth spending time and effort implementing blended learning as this approach affected learning outcomes positively.
