Occupational radiation exposure is a concern for interventional radiologists due to the cumulative effects of ionizing radiation. This paper presents an Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) framework for real-time radiation exposure monitoring and accumulated annual dose tracking. Wearable sensor measurements are displayed in real time, transmitted through lightweight Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol, stored in relational databases, and processed to estimate effective dose and predict the remaining number of procedures before reaching the annual dose limits. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the proposed framework.
