Introduction: Physical education teachers play a key role in supporting the overall development of students, particularly those with special educational needs, whose education requires specialized strategies and efforts.
No statistically significant differences were found based on gender or teaching experience, indicating a similar level of stress across the subgroups studied.
Conclusions and Recommendations: Physical education teachers experience moderate psychological stress related to limited resources, slow student progress, and low compensation. The study emphasizes the need for institutional interventions to enhance teachers’ mental well-being, improve the work environment, provide sustainable psychological and professional support, and offer specialized training programs for managing students with special educational needs.
