This study explored the impact of financial technology (FinTech) on the services of Islamic banks in Palestine from the clients’ perspective. A descriptive analytical methodology was adopted, targeting clients of the three Islamic banks operating in Palestine: the Palestinian Islamic Bank, the Arab Islamic Bank, and Safa Bank. These banks collectively manage approximately 720,000 accounts, as reported by the Association of Banks in Palestine (2022). The study focused on branches in the northern West Bank governorates of Jenin, Nablus, and Tulkarm, selecting a simple random sample of 1,300 clients. Data were collected via an electronic survey, yielding 1,204 responses (92.6% response rate). Analysis was conducted using SPSS, employing independent sample tests, oneway ANOVA, and multiple regression tests. Results indicated a positive and statistically significant impact of FinTech on Islamic bank services, highlighting the importance of aligning financial services with FinTech innovations to better meet client needs and expectations. Key recommendations include enhancing awareness of FinTech benefits through educational programs to encourage its adoption and developing solutions to address barriers, focusing on improving user experience and accessibility.
