This study aimed at exploring the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on pre-school education from the point of view of pre-school teachers. A mixed-methods approach was adopted. The quantitative data were collected by a questionnaire to estimate the impact of COVID-19 among pre-school teachers. The sample of pre-school teachers was randomly selected, consisting of 115 female pre-school teachers. The qualitative data were collected in semi-structured interviews, with 15 female pre-school teachers. There were no significant differences in teachers’ views according to their academic qualifications, and their place of work. The results also indicated the lack of training and a weak technological infrastructure in the early childhood sector. Therefore, the qualitative and quantitative results were consistent. This study emphasizes the significance of more collaboration between stakeholders to enhance online learning skills of pre-school teachers.
