This research aims to review several works of literature on the relationship between green human resources management (GHRM), corporate social responsibilities (CSR), organisational citizenship behaviour for the environment (OCBE) and organisational sustainability (OS). Furthermore, this study aims to propose a reasonable conceptual model to clarify the relationship between these variables in the context of the Palestinian healthcare sector. The research findings will be specifically imperative for healthcare organizations with the aim of improving their OS.
