The logistics industry is considered as a large consumption of energy and fuel. This paper aims to assess green logistics innovations (GLI) in service logistics companies in the Palestinian context. Data were collected from 15 logistics firms in the West Bank, Palestine. Mixed methodology of both qualitative and quantitative research approaches was used. Qualitative data were collected via 15 interviews with administrative and operational managers. A questionnaire was designed to gather the pertinent quantitative data from 167 employees in small and medium-sized Palestinian logistics companies. The analysis of collected data from the questionnaire indicates that 46.4% of the participants have previous knowledge about the concept of green logistics (GL) and the implementation level is limited to periodic maintenance of the vehicles. Moreover, organisational support, governmental support, attitude and perceived usefulness are the most significant factors influencing the willingness of Palestinian logistics companies to adopt green logistics innovations.
