I had my MA in TEFL which have equipped me with the essential knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality language education to students of various levels and backgrounds, and worked at two universities as a part-time lecturer along with teaching all grade levels at educational centers. I am skilled in employing a deafferented approach to provide a student-centered learning environment that encourages resourcefulness and critical thinking while promoting tolerance, respect and emotional security for a diverse student group development of innovative instructional strategies, materials and methodologies to address varied student needs .Optimal utilization of a range of diagnostic  assessments to closely monitor progress towards the achievement of curriculum goals and student performance objectives .Have an in-depth and current knowledge including general English, technical English and business English for diploma and BA university students. As a language educator and coordinator, I am passionate about teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ES/ FL). I prepare and apply assessment methods that align with the stated learning outcomes of individual courses and of the program, write exams, participate in teacher training sessions. I thrive on teamwork and collaboration, and actively contribute to the academic community. I am committed to continuous growth and innovation, always seeking new ideas and approaches that can enhance the learning outcomes and experiences of my students.
