This course " English Language Curriculum (10514318) is a BA compulsory course that covers the following areas: The definition of the curriculum in English, the major elements of the English Curriculum, and curriculum development, it also covers thorough discussion of the Current School English textbooks.
Learning Objectives:
*Recognize the curriculum used in the Palestinian Schools through an analysis of current and historical events and theoretical dialogues.
* Figure out the theory of the curriculum
*Recognize the relationship between the curriculum and the different teaching pedagogies
By the end of the semester, the students will have gained information of the following topics:
1. opportunities to adapt textbook material to meet the demands of Palestinian's task-based language curriculum.
2. awareness of the language learning opportunities offered in the internet.
