This course is designed to prepare the student to take appropriate actions to provide emergency first aid care to people in need for help until professional emergency health providers arrive.

This course is designed to introduce both life-threatening and non-life threatening medical scenarios and to instruct the student how to recognize and respond appropriately to each given situation.  The course will include training on CPR and AED use.
